"Jesus I Trust You"

Description of Illustraton: The Divine Mercy painting by Adolf Hyla, restored and a transparent background added along with lighting effect for the web

The Divine Mercy painting by Adolf Hyła (1943). The English inscription at the bottom of our graphic reads: "Jesus, I trust in You" just as the original does in Poland.

Have a question about the illustration? Just type it in the comment box and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I only publish content that is closely related to the subject folks.

In response to the question below . . . Thank you, so much for the comment. I have uploaded a new version here with less blur. This is a very old image, altered in Photo shop; it was originally harvested from a free resource in the internet archives. I no longer have a larger resolution of it. For some reason my comment software here is not allowing me to update properly right now?

  1. Hi Kathy! I love your image so much. The addition of the lighting effect does wonders and I believe makes this the most accurate depiction of St. Faustina's visions of Jesus so far. I just had a few questions. First off, where were you able to find the original image before editing? How did you add the lighting effect (which software so I have future reference)? What restorations did you make to the image? And lastly, would you be so kind as to share a full resolution of the image with the edges on the top half intact? It is currently blurry for me. I'll be waiting for your reply. Thanks Kathy!!
